Attorney Elizabeth Mason is passionate about workplace rights and provides zealous representation to enforce those rights.  She became a lawyer because she was interested in promoting social justice and preventing unfair treatment in employment and other contexts.  

Attorney Mason offers representation in the following areas:

  • Unemployment compensation, including unemployment hearings, Board of Review appeals and court appeals.
  • Wage and Hour issues, including unpaid wages, overtime violations, prevailing wage violations and unpaid commissions.
  • Wrongful Termination, including termination in retaliation for asserting a legal right, for whistleblowing, for refusing to commit illegal acts and termination based on discrimination or to avoid paying an earned commission. 
  • Review and negotiation of employment documents, including severance agreements, non-compete agreements and employment contracts.
  • Counseling for current employees, including employee rights, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
