Attorney Mason provides zealous, individualized and cost-effective representation to her clients. She focuses her practice on employment law, welcoming both employees and small businesses as clients. She offers representation in a diverse array of employment matters, including unemployment appeals, employment discrimination, wage and hour litigation and wrongful termination. Attorney Mason also offers counsel on issues such as reasonable accommodations, severance agreements and medical leaves of absence.
Attorney Mason is an elected officer of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association and serves on its executive board. She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Oberlin College. During law school, she interned for the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
Attorney Mason is dedicated to her community and has exercised this dedication in work for the Employment Law Unit at Greater Boston Legal Services and the Women's Bar Foundation. She has also served as a Panel Attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
